Mother's Day Cards

Good Morning All! It's a rainy day here in NYC... a perfect day for crafting. I made a few Mother's Day cards using my Gypsy and my Cricut. I am just loving the Gypsy, I find that with the Gypsy I'm using my Cricut a whole lot more.

I used DCWV cardstock, ribbon(from Michael's), stickles, Cricut Expression, Walk in My Garden, Gypsy Wanderings, ( I welded the flower from Gypsy Wanderings to a vase from WIMG), Fiskar's border punch ,dollar stamp from Michael's and cuttlebug embossing folder for added texture. Hope you all have a wonderful crafty day.

Forever Young

Hi All! I finally got to play with my Cricut Forever Young cartridge. It has quickly become one of my favorites. You can make such cute little purses...they are just adorable. This cartridge is great for the fashionista in your life.

For my first project I decided to make a little purse and a matching card. I used DCWV cardstock, ribbon, cuttlebug embossing folder, Forever Young cartridge, gems, and Fiskar's corner punch. I had a lot of fun creating today, hope you all had a chance to get creative.

Finally!

Finally, I'm able to get to my blog. Have had computer issues the last couple of months. I just got a new laptop and am back in business. I have lots of projects to post. I'll start off with one of my favorite new stamps, Totally Tess from Stampin'Up. I think she is so stinkin'cute.

I made two quick and simple cards using this adorable stamp. I used DCWV cardstock/patterned paper, stickles(my new favorite embellishment), ribbon, SU's Totally Tess stamp, cuttlebug embossing folder, and image colored in using prismacolor watercolor pencils.
